It is highly recommended that for a full head you use two sets especially if you are only doing tracks in between your own hair. However, for a voluminous look, it is highly recommended to get at least 3 sets especially if you are using a long length.

How to Use
- Part hair into sections and apply directly to the scalp.
- Massage for 60 seconds with fingertips or a scalp brush.
- Smooth what remains through mid-lengths and ends.
- Use 2 to 3 times a week, or as needed.
Safe for ages 2 and up. For infants under 2, speak with your pediatrician first.
